Station

This is our state of the art fire station located at 405 W. Railroad St in Lena, Illinois. It was built in 2007. It has an apparatus room containing six truck bays, a training tower, kitchen, meeting room, training room, laundry and appliance room, and trustee and cheif offices.

Here is our apparatus room. We house nine trucks. Also located in our apparatus room is our training tower which was finished in December of 2007.

This is our meeting room. We hold a monthly meeting night every 3rd monday of the month.

This is our training room. There are bi-weekly training sessions for our probationary fireman.

Here is our spacious kitchen fully loaded with a fridge, two stoves, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

This is our radio room. Here we are able to keep close contact with controll 911, lifeline helicopter, and call for mutual aid. We also have internet access and various maps of our district and surrounding fire districts.

The laundry room.

This hall is filled with trophies won over the years at local mens and womens water fights, tug of wars, and parade trophies. This hall also displays flags carried on missions by firemens' family members who were or are serving overseas in the war against terrorism.
